These terms cover the text messages Dhaka Street Food ("Dhaka Street Food") sends to mobile numbers that have asked for them. We send two kinds, each with its own box to tick, and we never send a text you did not ask for.

1. The two kinds of texts

• Order texts: messages about an order you placed, such as a code to confirm it, that it is ready, or that something changed. You get them for an order only if you ticked "Text me about my order" at checkout, and at most 4 texts per order. They carry no offers.
• Offer texts: specials, truck stops and news. You get them only if you ticked the offers box at checkout or in your account, at most 4 texts a month. Consent to offer texts is never a condition of buying anything.

2. How you sign up

By ticking the box for a kind of text at checkout or in your account. We record which box you ticked, the wording you saw, the date and time, and the device, and we show you this record in your data download.

3. How you stop

Reply STOP to any text and both kinds stop at once; you get one final text confirming it. Reply START to get order texts again. Reply HELP for help, or call +1 (240) 262-4646. You can also untick the boxes in your account at any time.

4. Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Texts are delivered by mobile carriers, which are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent to US numbers only.

5. Privacy

Your number is used only for the texts you asked for and for the record of your consent; see the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing.

6. Changes and contact
