We cook Bangladeshi street food in a small shared kitchen on the truck. This page tells you how we handle the nine major allergens, how the menu shows them, and what to do if you have an allergy.
United States food law names nine major allergens. Each item on our menu is tagged by the kitchen with the ones it contains:
On the menu, in the item window and on your receipt, an item that has been tagged shows a line that starts with "Contains". An item that shows "not tagged yet, ask us" has not been reviewed by the kitchen yet: ask before you order. The tags print on the kitchen slip with your order.
Our fryers, pans, chopping boards and hands are shared between dishes. We clean between batches, but we cannot promise that any item is completely free of an allergen, and we do not offer allergen-free preparation. If your allergy is severe, please weigh that before you order.
This notice describes how we work; it is not medical advice. If you have a food allergy, carry your medication and follow your doctor's guidance.
Enter your email and we will tell you where the truck parks each week and what is special.
