Where it started
Chaat carts on the streets of Dhaka: fuchka filled in front of you, tamarind water poured on the spot, jhalmuri tossed in a paper cone. That is the food we grew up on.

Dhaka Street Food brings the chaat carts of Dhaka to Maryland. Every plate is built when you order it: puri fried that morning, chutneys made in house, spices ground the way they are at home. Find the truck at markets, festivals and office parks across Prince George's County, order ahead for pickup, or book us for your next event.
Chaat carts on the streets of Dhaka: fuchka filled in front of you, tamarind water poured on the spot, jhalmuri tossed in a paper cone. That is the food we grew up on.
We moved to Maryland and could not find that food anywhere. So we started making it at home for friends, then for their friends.
The truck let us bring the same plates to markets, festivals and office parks across Prince George's County, painted the way a Dhaka cart would be.
Every plate is still built when you order it: puri fried that morning, chutneys made in house, spice level your way.
Saturdays and Sundays the board gets the full plate: jhalmuri loaded with extra toppings, twelve dollars, weekends only.
Parties, weddings, office lunches and community events: give us the date, the place and the number of people, and the truck sets up in twenty minutes.
Enter your email and we will tell you where the truck parks each week and what is special.
